An effective insulated cover is essential to any hot tub, an inefficient cover will cost you money and heat and over a period of time your cover will need replacing. We can supply a replacement high quality hot tub cover custom made to your requirements.

How do I know if my cover needs replacing?

Heavy to lift - this has been caused by water ingressing into the insulation and soaking it up like a sponge.

Damaged insulation - perhaps caused by someone standing on it or water collecting on the top.

Underside of the cover has become roughened or blistered from chemical damage - this will soon allow water to enter the insulation of the cover.

How do I care for my cover

Fit a cover lift - the use of a cover lifter will mean that your cover is far less likely to pick up damage from being removed and replaced on your hot tub, it also make it so much easier to remove the cover.

Regularly apply a vinyl protector regularly. By using a vinyl protectorant it will protect the cover from water damange, ozone, harmful UV rays which can break down the cover

Watch you chemicals, certain chemical can cause harmful gasses to collect between the water and the cover damaging the underside of the cover, also when using ozidisers make sure you remove the cover for at least 15 minutes to allow any gasses to vent off.

These covers are designed and manufactured using CAD/CAM technology - where computer designed covers are manufactured using computer controlled machines - ensuring absolute accuracy. Typical UK-made covers that are marked out by hand using steel rulers and marker pens from hand-made drawings, then cut by hand making an 'estimated' allowance for stitching - a bit 'hit-and-miss' by any standards!

These covers are made in the USA using the highest quality materials not available in the UK. These materials were originally designed for use in the marine and sail industry. The insulation is made from high quality virgin polystyrene foam and offers the highest level of heat retention for any cover anywhere in the World. Production uses high-tech computer controlled machines to cut the insulating foam cores using CAD designs. The cut edges are sealed by the action of cutting, producing a very accurate finish that is resistant to water ingress. Most other covers use re-formed foam and cut by ruler and hand and can allow for water to penetrate the insulation.

Also offered with these covers is the optional Reflex Energy Shield for the underside of the cover. This allows the heat to actually be reflected into the hot tub and is resistant to heat, chemicals and steam.
